  • Are you a registered business?
    Yes, approved by the state
  • Can I return or exchange my orders?
    Sorry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are FINAL. But if you have any problems, please reach out to shoppawloha@gmail.com
  • Can I cancel or change my orders?
    Once the orders are confirmed we start to work on it as soon as possible so please reach out to shoppawloha@gmail.com or DM through Instagram and let us know how we can help you. Unfortunately, if we already worked on your orders, we cannot cancel it. Thank you for your understanding!
  • Do you take wholesale orders?
    YES! We really appreciate your orders and happy to be part of your business. We have accepted a few wholesale orders in the past, with mostly baked treats for the customer’s events (ex. custom cookies requests by letters, pupcakes, cakes).
